Do I really need to install something on my laptop? Can't this be a website?

The whole point is that your data — your Search Console exports, your audience research, your customer interviews, your private knowledge — never leaves your machine. Pectus is your tool, not your service. Updates flow on your schedule. If you don’t pull, nothing changes.

If you’d rather have someone else run it, fork the repo and host it on your own server. The code makes no assumption about the laptop being the only host.
